Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must remain unopened in its original packaging and must not have been used. To initiate a return, please reach out to support@mendinzo.com with your full name, order number, item description, and the reason for the return.
Requests for returns beyond the 30-day period following delivery will regrettably not be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding.
Should 30 days have elapsed since the delivery of your order, we regret to inform you that we cannot process an exchange or issue a refund.
Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will promptly send you an email to confirm its safe arrival. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, with the credited amount appearing on your credit card statement or original payment method within 30 days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchanges:
For defective products damaged during transit or found to be defective in any other way, customers will not incur any return shipping costs. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@mendinzo.com.
For instances of customer remorse, such as purchasing the wrong product or no longer desiring the item, customers will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Return/Exchange Procedure:

- Capture a photograph of the issue.
- Send an email to support@mendinzo.com with the subject line “Order #”.
Please include the following details in your email:
- Photo of the product
- Detailed description of the issue
- Order number – In cases of multiple products within an order, please specify the product experiencing the issue.
Our support team commits to responding within one business day and will furnish return instructions accordingly. We stand behind the delivery of all orders. Should any unforeseen circumstances prevent order receipt, a replacement item will be arranged.
The replacement item will be dispatched to the original shipping address provided during the initial order.
We guarantee the shipment of the exact item(s) selected at the time of purchase. Should you wish to modify your order, kindly notify us at the earliest opportunity, and we will endeavor to accommodate your request.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, no alterations can be made, and refunds will not be issued.
Items received in a defective or damaged condition will be replaced at no additional charge.
We extend full refunds for instances involving defective or damaged merchandise.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you have yet to receive a refund, we recommend initially verifying your bank account. Subsequently, please contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund appears on your statement. Should the issue persist, kindly contact your bank directly.
